Some great information , we will be going over some major points over the next week, 10 steps to choosing and purchasing your home.
Buying a home is a big decision, whether you a first time Buyer or Pro there is always something to learn, you are more likely to be satisfied with your purchase if you understand each step, as well as the market conditions.
Working with an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) can make big differences in your home buying experience. The goal is to improve home Buyer’s experience through quality representation.
Lets Get Started!!!
Find a QUALIFIED Buyer’s Representative
What is a Buyer’s Reprehensive you ask? A Buyer’s Representative (Agent) is an advocate for the Buyer , NOT the Seller. Buyer’s Agents give full duties , including loyalty and confidentiality , and must act in their clients best interest throughout the entire transaction.
Why should you use a Buyer’s Representative? The Seller of the property, most likely, will be represented by a Listing Agent, who is looking out for the Seller’s best interest, shouldn’t your interest be protected .
Why Choose an ACCREDITED Buyers Representative ?
All Realtors ( members of the National Association of Realtors, or NAR) must subscribe to a Strict Code of Ethics . However, a Realtor with the ABR designation has gone a step further! They have completed specialized training by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council ( REBAC), giving them additional knowledge and expertise to give you a wonderful experience.
